BTS: Dosa Hut Caroline Springs by Bohemian Rhapsody Weekly Magazine We were very lucky to get invited to the Dosa Hut Caroline Springs Indian authentic cuisine opening night on August 08 at pm, a kind invite by one of the owners Deepti Alurkar professional photos and review to follow we had some pre-event drinks at the very welcoming house of Erkin Kalayci and Tugba Talia Caglayan, our media crew members who live near by - just m from the restaurant. Was very glad to see Erkin again in a not working environment and we all head off to the place where we had to work apart from trying this divine food. We also opened a bottle of champagne to celebrate Erkin's recent editorials printed - so happy for this amazing family of highly artistic people whose house is a real reflection of their two creative souls - very humble but full of beautiful surprises! We head off to the restaurant and looked like we just arrived on time All on time and not the Indian way - 2 hours late - we all were there and our table was happy and full of laughter - was so glad to see Nadia Pleshkova, Peter Morris and Michelle Schembri-Lipscombe - really warm and joyful company Wishing to the place many years of prosperity and best customers always!
