Hammoudeh grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia. He then attended medical school at Temple University, serving the underprivileged population of North Philadelphia. After medical school, Dr. Hammoudeh moved to Detroit to complete a five-year general surgery residency at Wayne State University, where he trained with national leaders in trauma surgery. At Detroit Receiving Hospital, he cared for many critically injured victims of gunshot wounds, burns, and motor vehicle crashes. He then went on to complete a three-year plastic surgery residency at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. During his training, Mayo Clinic was ranked as the number one hospital in the country by US News and World Report, and has consistently been ranked in the top three hospitals for the past decade. Following his plastic surgery residency at Mayo Clinic, he moved to Los Angeles to complete a highly competitive aesthetic fellowship in the University of Southern California USC program.
