A member of Frieza's race from Universe 6, and widely considered to be the counterpart of the tyrant, Frost is the benevolent emperor of Universe 6, who fights wars against evil-doers for the sake of his universe. He was chosen to be part of Champa's team in the Tournament between Universe 7 and 6, being the second opponent dragon ball frost. He decides, however, to show his true colors once his true nature is discovered.

But if they were gonna do one, why not make him truly distinct? It is stated by Frieza that they will take turns. It turned out, he was actually the leader of the pirates that he had stopped and it was a staged conflict.

It was then revealed by Vados that Frost was not a good person, he was actually similar to Frieza, Frost also revealed his true personality by giving an evil smirk towards Champa. Like Frieza, he can also bulk up his body to stress all his energy in the extra strength if he so desires. Not exactly his smartest move, even if he was too enraged to think.
