For me, and given the input, the biggest letdown is the lack of official software support. I assumed there'd be some macro and lighting stuff at least, but couldn't find anything that worked. No firmware updates as far as I can tell, etc. Otherwise, minor gripes of mine are there's no subtle shine-through key caps, RGB lighting would've been nice too. And even more minor, but warranted, is the printing on the special PgUp and CapsLock buttons with holes in them that I received was a noticeable bit off with the letters.
