We were a group of 8 adults and 2 small children ages 4 and 1 and this was the perfect trip. The entire crew was excellent! The sailing was steady, the views beautiful, the lunch and drinks delicious, and the swimming and snorkeling in crystal clear turquoise waters amazing! There was plenty of time to enjoy each part of the trip, very fun and relaxing!

A catamaran is a multihull vessel consisting of two parallel hulls of equal size. It provides comfort, space, ergonomics, safety and simplicity in living and manoeuvring. The East Wind has extensive decks for sun bathing, on board toilet facilities, safety devices and an experienced Puerto Rican crew. Don your gear masks, snorkel, wetsuit and more and head out with family and new friends into crystal clear aquamarine waters where sea turtles play! Or sit back on deck and watch the kids enjoy the Sea Slide while sipping an icy Pina coladas. Discover uninhabited islands and cays with secluded, sandy beaches. Even non swimmers are taught how to snorkel or just enjoy their underwater windows which gives you great views of the aquatic world underwater. The high speed catamaran zips off to Culebra Island, famous for its beautiful white sand beaches, turquoise waters and extensive colourful reefs. Discover the beauty of powdery white sand as it glistens in the sun on Flamenco or Culebrita beaches. They also have night excursion to Vieques Island for a tour of the bio-luminescent bay, and return to the mainland the same night. The trip can be different every day, depending on the weather, water and wind conditions.

The service and the people were incredible.

We arrive in SJ the afternoon of Jan 8, and our ship leaves Jan 9 at p. So we will have the morning and afternoon to do a trip. At first we were going to El Yunque, but I found this place with their beautiful sailing and power catamarans and have been tempted to go snorkeling with them instead. One big attraction of their boats for us is the very easy access to the water provided by large platform steps. I have had some back surgery and don't think I could do some of the steps i have seen on other boats. Because of these special needs, this is probably our only chance to go snorkeling in the Caribbean this trip.

The thrill of operating your own powerboat, riding across the San Juan Bay, and sightseeing along the coast is incomparable. So, grab your Captains hat and come and have some offshore fun! The departure location is just 15 minutes ride form the cruise terminal in Old San Juan and here you will meet your guides and check in for your mini boat adventure. The mini boats are Fun and Easy to operate accommodates up to 3 guests each! Space is limited so reservations are required.

Culebra has several beaches and reefs so our captain will select the best option based on water conditions. The tour begins at Marina Puerto Del Rey, Fajardo where one of our power catamarans will transport you to this unique treasure. At the first stop, you will enjoy some time snorkeling at one of the most beautiful reefs of the Island of Culebra, where you will be able to experience and enjoy the beautiful and colorful marine life Culebra Island has to offer. Aboard our guests can enjoy snacks, lunch, fresh fruit, and our signature pasta salad.

Sailing, swimming, and snorkeling fun! Attractions normally visited before or after visiting East Island Excursions. Wear light clothing over your swimsuit. Traveling to Fajardo?
