This review is about my overall experience in over 6 years and how the company is slipping. They used to deliver orders efficiently, then this year Tufnell's went bust so orders were delayed. During this period they were excellent delivering orders within a week. Now they are supposedly over the delivery issue yet my delivery has been messed around, strangely enough this is my lowest value order this year, maybe that is the factor. They don't seem to value loyalty anymore and their aftersales team have a different approach to the pre sales team. My first experience of aftersales was in January when I attempted to return a set of broken fascia boards, on opening the packaging two of the three were damaged. They initially tried to decline the replacement request until I mentioned the Consumer Rights Act
