The hardest thing about being on holiday for 3 weeks in the Canary Islanda is missing a good flat white : so when we found Don Manuel and they were able to make me a flat white off the menu I knew I hit the jackpot and went there every morning on our stay in Santa Cruz. There are other cafes in Santa Cruz, but we were lucky enough to find this one on our first day. Which meant that we went back - and went back again! Really, not to be missed.
