Eve online war declaration
Corporations generally build up relationships with other corporations, whether good or bad. A corporation will generally have one or more Diplomats whose job is to deal with third parties on behalf of the corporation and to come to diplomatic agreements.

We deployed a first round of changes in the December release, and since then we have been watching and listening to player reactions, evaluating options for next steps, and discussing our early plans with the CSM. We are now ready to start gathering wider community feedback on our wardec development plans for the rest of the spring. These plans build upon the changes released last December, and include a sequence of improvements to be deployed across the patches in March, April, and May of this year. The focus of our first round of changes released last December was to give players more opportunities to control their exposure to the war declaration system without needing to stay in NPC corps. All the details of these changes can be found in the dev blog we published on December 6th. Since the release of these changes last year we have been watching closely to see how they have impacted the game and how the community has been experiencing them.

Hello bellicose capsuleers, and welcome to another dev blog from your EVE Online dev team! The EVE dev team has embarked on a project to improve the war dec system that will span across multiple releases in the coming months, and the first of these releases will be arriving on December 11th. We have been discussing changes to the war declaration system with the CSM for a while now, and we brought these planned changes to the whole EVE community for discussion and feedback at EVE Vegas in October. We want to thank all the players who have provided feedback so far and helped refine this design. The key goal of this first round of changes is to give player groups more control over their exposure to formal war declarations. We believe that the best EVE experiences involve players making informed choices with benefits and consequences. At the moment far too many wars are lacking actual combat for either side, and we hope to start refocusing the war system with an aim to generate the types of wars that provide real value to players. In future iterations beyond December, we intend to continue to improve the war declaration system with the long-term goal of encouraging wars that have real risks and rewards and are engaging for all sides. If a corporation or alliance is war eligible it will be able to declare wars, have wars declared against it, and join existing wars as an ally of the defender. If a corporation or alliance is not war eligible, it will not be able to declare wars or have a war declared against it. This iteration of war eligibility is tied directly to structure ownership. If a corporation or alliance owns at least one structure in space anywhere in EVE, then it will be war eligible.
It will not be possible to change the War HQ once a war has been declared.
Wars are a valid game mechanic in EVE Online and a significant feature of the game, which we encourage our members to get used to. EVE University carries on as normal during war time. Even if you do not have much experience in the game you can still find content, so don't panic about EVE University being at war. You will just need to ensure you take additional precautions with some activities. Wars in EVE Online work differently than in real life, or in most other games. Anyone can shoot anyone, and it is only the consequences that vary.
Hi there, just tired of seeing wardec threads. Now do remember to keep it civilized. Once upon a time, wardecs had a flat fee per week. At that price, wardecs were very affordable and any small group could participate and target whoever they wanted. Nullsec blocks mostly complained due to 0rphanage blapping anything they undocked from Jita , and a fix was made.

Corporations generally build up relationships with other corporations, whether good or bad. A corporation will generally have one or more Diplomats whose job is to deal with third parties on behalf of the corporation and to come to diplomatic agreements. Generally diplomatic agreements involve corporations or alliances setting "standings" towards one another. Standings can be set either on a personal level so only you can see them , a corporation level or at an alliance level.

It's worth reading up on EVE University's Ship Replacement Program while you are fitting your ship, so that if you lose it you can claim reimbursement for it. Or alternatively there was any kind of variation in anything anywhere. Convoys will never be a thing in EVE. Once he or she has confirmed the selected alliance is the correct one, war is immediately declared with no confirmation of the fee. The primary intent of these changes is to provide a specific and clear goal for defenders in a war. You can view corporation standings under Corporation window, Standings tab, Corporate Contacts tab. What this does is puts a flag by your corporation in the list of wars in the All Wars tab, which looks like: Corporations who are interested in becoming allies can filter the All Wars tab by those who have Assistance requests only. Under current mechanics, if a neutral character applies a remote assistance module such as a remote repairer to another character they can receive a suspect flag if their target meets all of the following conditions:. On patch day all existing wars will be evaluated automatically to reflect the war eligibility of their participants. The increased penalty for neutral targeted assistance will also apply to limited engagements such as those caused by duels but for performance reasons we won't be preventing command bursts from applying to pilots in limited engagements. The type of combat will depend very much on the corporation we are at war with, but they are not invulnerable if the right tactics are used. But there are a few ships which are particularly vulnerable to attack.
I am sorry, that has interfered... This situation is familiar To me. I invite to discussion.
