TreeField , Jul 17, Depending on ratio of hardened to filler - can use less and it still sets but slower - pea of hardened to golf ball of filler roughly new tin should give you 10 mins at least usable time per batch As ever with this filler, be ready to use as soon as mixed and have everything needed ready to hand, workplace accessible and an idea in your mind what needs filling so your not searching for it whilst the filler is setting and work at a good pace Problem is, the posts are likely to continue to move a little as timber does and will crack again along the fill line Also, you will smear filler over the posts which will look messy - unless your planning on painting them perhaps?
