Fallout warwick homestead
The Warwick homestead is a location and potential settlement in the Commonwealth in The Warwick homestead was once the Nut Island wastewater treatment plant before the bombs fell. The Warwick family settled and they began a thriving farm and a relationship with the Atom Cats. At some point before Bill Sutton and Cedric Hopton joined the farm and Roger Warwick was replaced by a synth to start experimenting with crops. In Bill started to suspect Roger was a synth. The homestead once served as a waste treatment plant but is now host to a small family farming operation. Resources present include 23 tato plants, 11 mutfruit , 5 gourds , a water pump , and a cooking station. None of the beds are usable by the player character unless allied with the settlement. The only unowned container one can use without allying, other than the cooking station, is a tool chest in the tank service building. There is a hardened primary structure containing sleeping quarters for the residents as well as a secondary building that contains an elevated walkway that leads to two large processing tanks. This walkway grants access to a service building between the two tank structures. The elevated walkway that passes over the first northeast processing tank is broken, making it difficult to access the tank service building. It can be reached by jumping either from a forklift located directly beside the second southern tank, or by carefully performed jumps off of the handrail on the broken walkway, or by swimming in the first tank and jumping up the I-beams onto the walkway by the service building.

Once an old sewage treatmant plant, the layers of filth have composted nicely into some of the best farming land, now rife with mutfruits and tatos, run by the Warwick family. Roger Warick leads the family and can be appealed to as part of the Minutemen to ally the settlement. For trading, you can talk to June for basic supplies. If you want to do some hard labor, Bill Sutton will trade caps for tatos you harvest. The main treatment building has been converted into a living quarters, including beds, food and supplies, and toys for the kids.

After the quest Institutionalized , speak with Doctor Isaac Karlin , or after the quest Mankind - Redefined , speak with Doctor Clayton Holdren and he will mention that Karlin could use some help. Karlin will explain that they have replaced Roger Warwick of Warwick homestead with a synth and need seeds delivered to perform an experiment. He will then provide a passphrase to use when talking to Warwick. Warwick homestead is east of Atom Cats garage and south of the Castle.

I know there are killable children mods for Skyrim, but I'm not sure about Fallout 4. An interesting side note - there is no quest indicator given when I first arrive.
