I recently gotten a new monitor so i am not sure if it is some sort of v-sync issue. However, my framerate does not drop below according to the game client and fraps but randomly it stutters and feels as if i am getting 30 frames in some cases, but does not show that my frame rate is dropping if it actually is. A few of my guild mates said they are experiencing this issue as well, so is it possibly a client side problem?
