Find Yoel of Yonder and have him come to fire link shrine, for his rescue he will offer to level you up 5 times which will give you an alternate ending of the game. There is no negative game effects of him leveling you up, it's just each time you take his free level, you are marked with a dark sigil, this cause your appearance to look bad. That's all there is, you get bad appearance look and a different ending to the game. The items he has to offer is Sorc spells you can buy before he dies but that really doesn't matter to much because another Sorc NPC will come to the fire link shrine and have the same spells and other Sorc spells and will be the true sorcerer to hand in sages to unlock more Sorc spells.
