Anyone else experience this big problem with Fish Tales Fly Shop? I have been in there a number of times recently as well I am signed up with them to go fishing down in Cuba. Every time I go in there they bend over backwards to help me out. I get exceptional service and help answering all my questions. From flies and fly tying equipment to help sending in rods for warranty repairs to reel servicing to clothing and equipment purchases. Regardless what my needs or questions are the staff their are extremely keen to help you out. This creates a huge problem because you start to expect the same level of service elsewhere. It is impossible to find. What ever happened to this quality service elsewhere. I certainly appreciate it and will keep going back.

Regardless what my needs or questions are the staff their are extremely keen to help you out. They offer pre-run and post-run guided fishing trips mostly on the Bow River. Rounded up some big pike flies for me, tippet, mailed it to my door in record time. I haven't had a chance to shop there in a while, but I've bought 2 rod and reel setups there in the past. Their orientation session for our Cuba trip was helpful. He was patient with the kids and really worked hard to get us into position to catch fish. I'm sure that's over 15 years ago. The trip was my wife and I and our daughter and son ages 12 and 11 with two and a guide in each boat.
