Flashing red light sonos
My sonos connect disappeared from my system according to my phone app. I tried turning it off and on again. I tried resetting it.
Was on the deck last and after 2 or 3 hours the battery level indicator started to flash red. Does anyone know what that means, and what would trigger that? Is it a fatal condition? Flashing red on a Sonos move is not a normal behavior and indicates battery issue.

Beyond that information, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it, or post the diagnostic number here for a Community Moderator to pick up. There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution. When you speak directly to the phone folks, there are more options available beyond just the diagnostic analysis. Then your best bet would be to call in on Monday, since there is no data in a diagnostic to look at. It could, or it may not, depending on what the issue is on the speaker. If you have other Sonos speakers, connect one of them to your router with an ethernet cable, and you should be able to use the others.
Seeing a red light on your speaker or any other piece of electronics is almost never a good sign. As explained, two LEDs could be flashing red. One is located at the top of the front panel, and the other is at the bottom. If the status LED light is flashing red and white, it means that your speaker failed to update.
