There are many miles of paved, relatively flat pathways that take you all around the city and surrounding areas with views of town, nature and the amazing bays and lakes. Trail options are widely available for those who want to run on softer surfaces, too.

As a lifelong runner and former shoe salesman, I can definitely attest to the saleswoman's He worked with my husband and myself to get fitted for work shoes for me and walking shoes for my husband. Everyone in here was absolutely amazing!!! Matt really knows his shoes and how humans move in them. He was incredibly helpful in finding the right shoes for moving around with calf pain. Even when other customers came in he was able to Absolutely amazing experience! I had visited a different store previously where I had a terrible experience.

This year for global running day we are throwing a huge party and we want you to be a part of it! The Big Run in partnership with brooks is a free 4 mile run around boardman lake followed by a family friendly party to celebrate what brings us all together. This will be an event you do not want to miss! Not sure you can make it the full four miles or looking for a fun laid back training group for this spring? Join our big run training program and have fun with in a low pressure atmosphere. There is no goal race with this training program so if you are looking for a laid back fun group this is the one for you! A six week program designed to help you kickstart your summer running and have fun doing it.
