Have been here several times with no problem previously, always prepare the meal in the kitchen very accommodating. This last time my daughter got really sick within a few minutes of finishing. She was clearly contaminated. But unfortunately no way of knowing what happened in the kitchen. I agree with the rating below. They made sure my meal was made in the kitchen and explained everything in detail. Safe place to eat! I was very excited to find out Fuji's could easily accommodate my gluten-free needs by preparing my food in the kitchen with wheat-free soy sauce and informing me which of their sauces and salad dressings already included soy sauce, as well as asking if I could tolerate noodles. The staff was incredibly kind and understanding the whole time. Well done, Fuji!

Amazing food!!! The service was fantastic, our waiter was very pleasant. Best Fresh Sashimi and Sushi Rolls here. It is awesome experience 1 time here. January Overall the experience was nice. The food is decent. I ordered salmon and shrimp Hibachi, shrimp tempura rolls, soup and mushrooms. My salmon was cooked a little to long for my liking and not much flavor. Also, the rice and veggies were cold by the time the protein was cooked. Not sure if it was because we had a large party and the time to prepare for the group.

Used to get a soup and salad with the Hibachi, now you only get the choice of one. The costs have gone up and Not to mention the cooks used to have a personality and seemed to enjoy the work they were doing entertaining the customers. Not somewhere I plan to come back to.

Fuji definitely deserves the 5 star rating! Dustin the bartender was very nice! He was rude and told me I was wrong that a 5 year old ordered filet mignon. Wonderful hibachi place. Great place awesome food and service. Been coming here for years, since the old location opened. Staff is so friendly, I will definitely be back!
