Somehow I had never been on Airport Road at the correct time to eat. Happily this problem was solved this Sunday. Every weekend, Santa Fe Brewing has a guest food truck. This past week, we went to check out Fusion Tacos. This courtyard was an ideal haven for an enjoyable social distancing experience. Generally a visiting food truck is there for the weekend. The staff at Fusion Taco was very helpful.

A step stool at Ultra Ice Cream gives kids a view of the process of making rolled ice cream on a frozen plate. One by one, over the course of a half-dozen or so trips up and down the road, I asked: What should I get?
