I disputed the charge and was given the run around - they would not escalate to issue to a senior member of staff. I stated that I would take the matter to court and told them I refused to pay. They took the money illegally from my account anyway and now refuse to engage. I am reporting them to the regulator and issuing legal proceedings against them.
