Ok, so I'm watching Ghost Whisperer in thanks, Quarantine , and I believe I watched the first season many years ago, but really had no recollection of how bad the show is. I'm enjoying it in a campy way, but today I Googled "Ghost Whisperer gets on my nerves" while watching Season 2, Ep 7 and somehow, this is what popped up on my search. I click on it to find that your review is about the same episode I'm watching, which means I couldn't possibly be the only person who started to have some doubts about the longevity of this show. Now some points you made definitely irk me, like the bit about Delia being in the show to replace Andrea but she plays such a bit role and it's exhausting. She's currently there because she has connections in real estate. And somehow she doesn't find Mel weird? She actually kinda looks up to her and wants to be her friend? Mel has been so rude to her on several occasions. I digress. I also hate that she has to explain to everyone she believes in and sees ghosts. So many people believe in ghosts that it is unbelievable that nobody ever is just like, "Yes, Melinda. Tell me more. It's mind boggling how much money she must spend on gas alone getting from place to place, putting up with irate and emotional people every day, she also lost her best friend recently, but she can just power through and keep helping people who don't want her help out of the goodness of her heart?
