It is now stopped as I have not received any voucher after November. Does anyone else have similar issues?
It is not on their website anymore. In order to receive StoreCash you must continue to be subscribed to marketing communications from The Good Guys, or if you have a Gold Service Extras membership or a Mobile Extras membership you must continue to be subscribed to Concierge Member Communications. However, please be aware that if you unsubscribe from marketing communications, or if you have a Gold Service Extras membership or a Mobile Extras membership you unsubscribe from Concierge Member Communications, you will not receive any further StoreCash or StoreCash Offers in your Digital Wallet and any existing and unused StoreCash or StoreCash Offers in your Digital Wallet at that time will be void and cannot be redeemed at The Good Guys. Seems like you still get it if you subscribe to their marketing communications, which i believe is free to join. As jjj says, you need to sign up for the store cash Google wallet before you make your purchase for at least some of their cashback deals. I got caught out with this. The store staff either genuinely know nothing, or are purposely lying about the conditions of their "deals".

Checked for accuracy by our qualified fact-checkers and verifiers. The end-of-year sales are just around the corner, so you may be considering that big-ticket electrical item you've had your eye on all year. And if you're shopping at one of the nation's major electrical retailers, you'll probably be offered an extended warranty with your purchase. But buyer beware: the sales pitch may mislead you about your consumer rights. More information is available on the Maurice Blackburn website. According to the ACL, a retailer must offer to replace, repair or refund your money in the case of a major fault with a product. If the fault is minor, the business can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. Retailers are obligated to do this for a reasonable amount of time after a purchase, depending on the value of the product. So if you buy an expensive TV and it breaks through no fault of your own after just a few years, for example, the retailer must offer to fix it, replace it or give you your money back — the choice of remedy is yours. This holds true even if the manufacturer's warranty has expired and you didn't buy an extended warranty.

Concierge is a load of crap, I bought a 3 year plan and never got any credits on the first year. Having said that during the 2 or so years I was receiving them they were sometimes erratic and I would contact them to see what was up and they would send through. Made our purchase in Oct '21, still nothing today. Please stay tuned for you Concierge Credit! Login or Join to leave a comment Login Join. This will bring you up to date. Based on my dealings with the GG, I suspect it's sales staff stupidity rather than malice. I am on same boat.
