After you've claimed the PlayStation VR Aim Controller artifact, continue making your way up until you reach another mechanism. Pull the cords from the wall to pull out the platform, allowing you to climb to the next area.

Here you'll see a double-tiered platform: jump down to the lowest tier, then turn around and jump into the alcove to find some Wires. They're more delicate than the others, and you'll have to gently push down on the triggers to grip the handles lightly. The first Puzzle Piece of Raytrace Ruins is found right at the beginning.
