Amazingly amazing service from start to finish. The atmosphere is Zen like and welcoming. The team are very friendly yet super professional. The whole experience was very comfortable and the gentle massage chair while I was being shampooed was lovely. I barely even realised that Louise had washed my hair as she was so gentle but so thorough at the same time and made me feel totally at ease for a while which is a mean feat as I'm currently suffering quite badly with anxiety.
