There are some very helpful and interesting features but trying to gain information on other member benefits is not available within the app. The call centre staff member I spoke with encountered the same difficulties. She was tenacious however, attempting via desktop and mobile, both within this app and on the external website, to find the information I was seeking but to no avail. I cancelled my HBF membership 2 weeks ahead of time, and in those last 2 weeks of my membership HBF signed me out of the app and cancelled my card, even though I was still paying for the membership.
