I have been invited to the assessment day and I am so worried about the verbal reasoning test and observation test, as they are elimination stage!! Many thanks to all you kind people in advance for any response!!! Just be as obnoxious as you can possibly be , that seem's to be BAA criteria!!!! No female officers and she was properly unnerved by it. She was flying home alone for half term. She is a shy but capable girl. My gut feeling if she felt uncomfortable it was because something felt wrong. Would you make an official complaint? I have spoken to her about finding her voice before though in this specific case, requestiing a female officer. The hoodie was mostly zipped but you could see her straps.

Id say the more you baa the better. Shame on those concerned - we all have a job to do, whether you like it or not. You've got through the application process, you can get through the test.
