Rooms are clean and comfortable, if a little bland, and include minibars and large flat-screen TVs. The hotel has a spa with an indoor pool and saunas, a lobby bar and lounge, several on-site restaurants, hour room service, and even a convenience store and a hair salon. But lots of things here cost extra fees, including in-room Wi-Fi, the breakfast buffet, parking, use of the pool and spa, which leaves some guests frustrated. This property does have the aura of a large chain hotel; guests looking for a little more charm might consider the more opulent Regent Berlin nearby. The high-end Hilton Berlin is situated in a beautiful eight-story beige corner building with a rust-red roof, a colonnade-style bottom floor, and second-story arched windows. Guests enter into a spacious two-story lobby with a white tiled floor, beige walls, rising columns, and a central floor-to-ceiling window. Little nooks and rectangles of swirled carpets set out private sitting areas with leathery couches and button-tufted armchairs in brown and beige. A black baby grand piano sits near the lobby bar, while a modern fireplace and lit lantern accents lend a cozy feel. While the decor here is straightforward with a neutral color palette, it's also tasteful, clean, and classy.

The lobby area truly is spectacular and has the most comfortable seating areas all over the place. It felt really good hanging out here during the day and night as the place was well maintained, trendy and ultra luxurious! What a great start! Check-in was very efficient and the check-in staff was professional and friendly without being over the top… just the way I like it and the way it should be! Our keys were handed in seconds and we were curious on how the room will look like.
