We are a local Indian Bistro serving a variety of delicious menu items ranging from the pristine Himalayas to the warm tropical south. It will not be an hyperbole, that it is one of the best Indian restaurant in the US. Chicken Tikka Masala is my son's favorite. I wonder how can make the Chicken so soft and succulent. If you are in the area, do not miss this. I live in NJ, which is full of Indian restaurants, but still Himalayan chimney remains my favorite.
