They have posted on the door please be patient due to short staffing. But there's a difference between patience and the server just not caring. The service I've frankly never had worse at any fast food or dine in resturant. I'll have to think long and hard before going back. February I ordered takeout and I picked it up through the drive-thru and the food was good itself not very hot and I waited in the Drive-Thru for almost an hour just waiting on my food and there was only two cars in front of me when I pulled up and I waited 25 minutes after I got to the window and I paid before I finally received my food that wasn't even very hot October I don't care for the atmosphere, but I think that's a personal opinion of mine. Lo mein noodles were so dry that it was disappointing, and I'm not a picky person.
