We are pleased with the service we received from Charlie Brown and love our new to us Pilot. If I stood out there for a week or two on the sidewalk entrance to the service department with a big ass sign warning customers that their personal valuables are at high risk while their cars are being serviced, they'd probably get on the ball. I used to empty it clean every time I was leaving if for the day, but left the run of the mill stuff in during oil change services where I waited for the vehicle. I'm bringing it back in on Monday morning because, somehow during the warranty service, they managed to screw up my alignment. Man, if I have to fricking take inventory of everything in my Pilot OR strip it out bare everytime I take it in for service, you can bet I'll be going back to my old dealership Honda Hollywood.
