The ceiling of the room and the floor they gave me was too low I'm cm tall. I had a special request when I paid that I want a high floor, a view on sea or mountain, smoking room, and I received approval to my special request but they gave me room in the first floor with a view on the street and smoking was forbidden the most annoying thing was the ceiling. I even talked to the manager and nothing was changed. The food was not that good. Other than that the facilities were not bad, but I would never go back to this Hotel in the future. I was disappointed, and even left one day before. The stay all in all was really good, taking the price. It,s in a good location, close to the beach. The food wasn't that good and took some time to get, but all the resturants in the area, expesially the Red Apple just next doors to the hotell save us. The staff was friendly and smiling, but the Turkish guy in the resturant liked loitering us a bit too much. We also had an incident one day where our room wasn't cleaned, but after we informed the reseption it didn't happen again. The coach made for sleeping on was a bit hard, but not unbearable. The outside area with the pool looked great, but we didn't use it. If you haven't been in Alanya before, be warned: The salesmen there have no shame in holding you back, almost forcing you to ignore them in order to not wasting time discussing things you don't even want.
