Had a one night lay over in Amritsar before flying off the next day after visiting relatives and had a very good stay at the hotel. Hotel is situated 5km from the International Airport and the hotel provides a free shuttle service to the airport. Check in was easy and good. Staff are very professional and friendly. Room was big, comfortable and well worth the price paid. Had 2 in room dinings and 1 meal at the restaurant on the 7th floor and all the meals were very good and service top notch. I had no complaints. I will be back again in the future. The shuttle bus to the Golden Temple departs at 3. I thought this may be suitable for some but not practical for others. It was too cold in winter. The hotel is truly a crown jewel amongst all Radission Hotels that I have stayed over the last 20 years. The best in Amritsar in terms of service and every effort was made to meet customer expectation. I have stayed at the other 5 star hotel in Amritsar many times and nothings beats the Radission.
