Welcome to my instructable! Over the past 2 weeks, I've been working to complete a full set of DIY Mandalorian armor from the show "The Mandalorian", and I think it came out pretty well! The main elements of the costume are made from 3d printed models, and EVA foam.

Then I painted the impacts with silver. Kinda feels like the old days of my childhood. Once the gloves are done, get black shoe polish and rub it into crevices to give the gloves a worn look. I cut the sleeves and resewed them to look like double sleeves. The entire helmet needs a dark wash, it's much too bright. And I sewed a bit. There's an additional strip from the inside elbow to collarbone outlined with white stitching. I also dremeled the floor mat pattern off of the foam so it would glue flat to the shoulder. I love it.
