And besides, why would you want vegetables in your noodles? It ruins the whole premise. Since microwaves heat the water from every direction, not just the bottom like stoves, you will never have boiling. It does get hot enough to make the noodles though. It's a good idea to break up the noodles so they are all in the water and receive equal amounts of heat and moisture from the hot water. If you have time, its a good idea to stir the noodles every minute but it is not absolutly required.
With some basic condiments you can get for cheap at most grocery stores, you can customize your Ramen into a delicious restaurant-quality meal. The water sometimes starts to bubble up and over the sides of the bowl.
