It's just as important to set a reminder as it is to record a programme Shepheil Sky Q never had Reminders so really it hasn't been removed if it wasn't there in the first place waaay back in The thing with reminders is you need to know what time the programme starts in the first place to set the reminder. Shepheil You cannot bring back something that never existed in the 1st place, after nearly 8 years of Sky Q being around the chances of these being added are zilch. There have been a few threads on the community since Sky Q launched for some asking why.

As observed above, someone at Sky presumably in a senior position decided a decade ago that 'Reminders' were a legacy of live linear television consumption which no longer applied. The reminder feature on your tv is still available even if Sky Q is connected you still get the pop up feature and. If the tv is smart enough it will change over to the channel you set the reminder for unless it's a Sky Channel then you have to select it manually or you could use voice control and say " Watch Channel ". They are also set to record via Sky Q so you can set reminders regardless if you have Sky Q or Sky Stream depending on your tv that is. I have to say I am very disappointed that you cannot set a program reminder on SkyQ I don't want to have to keep clock watching if I am watching another channel whilst waiting for my program to start, so why Sky thing people prefer to just record what is the point in live TV at all then so why are we paying BBC for a TV license. Also I would like to add, who did Sky ask this question of to get their research information as I have been a Sky customer for 22 years and nobody asked me if I use the program reminder!!!!
