We had a nice overnight stay here. We were the only western tourists at that time, which was very relaxing. You get a voucher for a short boat trip through the resort. That was quite nice. A very affordable option for those visiting Taroko Gorge Meals are buffet-style on the main floor, with plenty of vegetarian options and a mixture of traditional Taiwanese and western flavours. Silks Place Taroko Hotel. I stayed here for five days and then extended my stay three more. The location is 10 minutes away from the most famous night market, and only 1 minute away there's a smaller market which was also very nice. Frank , Taiwan.
