The Indian Tiffin Room is set to come to Duke Street in the city centre, with a promise of offering "vibrant and innovative" Indian street food dishes. From spicy Dhaba-style chicken to crispy paani puri, and an array of chaats, the menu includes a mixture of traditional and modern dishes. The restaurant has also introduced Meat Free Mondays with an optional plant-based menu. They added: "India, being a large country with diverse cultures and different taste palettes, our vision was to bring all the different cuisines of India to our menu. Srini and Suresh, described the Liverpool opening as "long overdue" and are eager to continue their mission beyond this new venture.
