They train together for a period of time before both Inosuke and Zenitsu decide to quit. The anime series adds a scene after the Infinity Train arc where Aoi tells Tanjiro and his group that she distracted the blacksmith Haganezuka, who had been chasing Tanjiro around, with dango sticks; Inosuke then says he wants to eat dango, and that gets Aoi to smile a little before she promises to get him some. Inosuke appears on the ceiling over Tanjiro and lands on his bed, gloating about his strength. Inosuke is then stunned when Kiyo tells him is like a Honey Badger who has hide like armor and is immune to poison. Aoi grabs onto Inosuke, telling him to get off Tanjiro. Inosuke is suddenly convinced he is invincible and Gotou tells him he is just a moron. He goes to attack Gotou, but Aoi grabs onto his waist, calling him a 'moron' and an 'ass'. She proceeds to tell him that while he has poison resistance, he also resists the medicine she gives him. She remarks on his terrible memory, saying he forgets everything. They bicker back and forth, Inosuke calling her a 'pipsqueak', and Aoi retaliating, saying they're almost the same height. She yells at him to be quiet so Tanjiro can rest.

On top of that, Kanao keeps smiling to herself these days, and Tanjiro seems to spend a lot of time with her. They don't know much about each others and Tanjirou doesn't mind having a physical relationship rather than some romance. Adheres to the canon ending of the Demon Slayer manga, created and owned by Koyoharu Gotouge, inosuke x aoi.

Well, since we are top three in Inoaoi, I thought I will write a Inoaoi chapter. Note: This story has the same time settings as the previous Zeneuko one-shot. This morning, Zenitsu and Nezuko kept stealing glances at each other, it doesn't take a genius to figure out that they are together.
