It came preinstalled with windows 10 and I then did a clean install of windows 10 and then upgraded to windows I am able to detect other peoples Wi-Fi around me and I am able to connect and use my phone's personal hotspot. I have done multiple network resets, I have also restarted the machine multiple times and also disabled, upgraded, uninstalled and reinstalled drivers. I have also tried changing my router settings.
