With Hidan's Death Controlling Possessed Blood , he links himself to his targets, causing them to experience any injuries that he does; because he's immortal, he can kill targets by giving himself fatal wounds.

I do not like these so-called "Commandments" because I believe them to be very misleading. There is one more, but I omitted it because I could sum up two commandments in one.
