Others feel closer to Me when their lives are filled with good things.

Poor God - He must shake His head at me many times throughout the day. I also have many problems with my computer because it's jammed with photos.

It is the sad truth that we "children" turn to the Lord more in dark times and we are more open to dependence on Him. The longer I live, the more I am finding out that Life is a journey through the good and the bad, the successes and the failures, which are all part of life and part of our own growth in becoming the person we are meant to be. We can appreciate love better after we have experienced the opposite. The lessons that we learn from such experiences allow us to better understand who we really are, what we love to do, Whose we really are, and why we have been sent here in the first place! Thank You Sweet Jesus. Brilamar, I agree with you, Sister and feel that through the hard times and our own mistakes, not only are we learning but God is refining us and molding us. We see our shortcomings and then strive to do better and please our Father.

Right now He is in a paranoid loop of dark lies from the enemy. I also trust the Holy Spirit to use anything I post for the specific individuals for whom He has inspired what was written. I am not saying they don't pray, they may pray more than I do, but I learned in the worst way, that when you stray from God we tend not to make such good decisions and later those bad decisions have bad consequences. His power and glory is beyond our understanding. Praise, gratitude and trust never change with time in our hearts, just as our great God remains the same. Can you give us an update?
