I feel like if there was in-app tracking, it could have prevented this situation or helped resolve it more quickly. It would be nice to have a way to communicate any issues or comments or compliments through the app. I also dislike that the delivery person and customer get access to each others personal mobile numbers opening them up to potential unwanted contact. There should be a separation in my opinion.
