As a quantity surveyor, you will be involved throughout the entire project life cycle, from early contractor involvement, optioneering, tender negotiation through to the design, procurement, construct, commissioning and handover of schemes. Dependant on the contract, you will play a key role as part of an integrated design and operational team alongside our key supply chain to support our clients to maximise opportunities and mitigate risks to influence the contractual and commercial aspects of schemes and help deliver successful outcomes. Being part of this integrated team will also provide unique opportunities to contribute to greater social and sustainable outcomes. The JN Bentley operations team work to deliver sustainable solutions for our clients customers, our communities and the environment. The operational team are involved in all stages from input into tendering and design, to leading the construction, commissioning and handover phases of our projects to deliver innovative and efficient solutions for our clients.
