I have no idea about that history of the tractor beyond the fact that it seems to be in good condition and has hours on it.

So check the reasons that can overheat the engine. Check the spark plugs if they are working properly and are connected properly. Loosen the cap fully and try running it again. Next I start running the bush hog, pretty hard all day, end up getting stuck in a hole and it overheats while in trying to get it unstuck. Still nothing. Clean the fins regularly to prevent the clogging. Engine overheats when the cooling process of the tractor cannot work optimally. Then noticed that there are 2 oil caps, one looks like it's on the valve cover and another straight to the block.
