Because of Azazel's Brimstone-like attack, passive and active items that mimic it can be extremely powerful such as Tammy's Head, Sad Bombs especially when coupled with Homing Bombs and the excellent Ludovico Technique which completely eliminates your low range instead giving you a large ring of Brimstone which you can move around the room freely.
