Just wanted to share my crappy experience with you all. I ordered my floor pans from Just Jeeps last tuesday, paid by credit card for the parts plus 40 bucks in shipping. I have been calling them since last thursday wondering where my parts are, and they just now realized that they hadn't sent the order out!!! I said "hey I'm thinking I shouldn't be paying for the shipping here pal" and he says "we're sending it out right now and No guarantees but I'll try to do something for you" What kind of shit is that???? I ordered from Just Jeeps before and was treated really well. Is this your first experience with mail order??? If so, get used to the odd dissappointment! No one in the service industry likes an unhappy client! I'd also exercise a little patience with regards to bashing, especially, since you may have been compensated before blowing your stack. Lost of revenue in a day where the economy is slumping, over something that could be remedied isn't thrilling either

Again, sry for just jeeps hijack! Sorry for going on but as stated above, I am one of these guys who ship product out and I just thought I'd give you another side to the story from personal experience, just jeeps.
