Ah, Kadavu… Tucked away in the southern reaches of Fiji, hooked by the Great Astrolabe Reef, topped with bird-filled forests and scattered with waterfalls, Kadavu is a remote paradise. It might be a little hard to get to, which is kind of the whole point, but once you arrive you will be well looked after by one of the eight all-inclusive resorts. This resort captures everything a getaway to Kadavu should be: rugged luxury, natural surroundings and eco-friendly. Bures bungalows at Matava Resort are scattered in seclusion across a hillside complimenting the surroundings with their thatched exterior.
