These are the known tasks that the Kakushi carries out as attendants to the Demon Slayer Corps, making them crucial members of the organization. The Kakushi is mostly made of members who were unable to pass the final selection exam to become a Demon Slayer or members who were not strong enough to use a sword and fight in battles but still wants a part to play in defeating demons. The reason why the Kakushi were responsible in cleaning up battlefields is because the public was not entirely aware of demons and civilians finding dead bodies could stir up agitation among them. The Kakushi uniforms are also made in a way that protects their identity with only their eyes being visible.
