KD Catering Butchers is a local company supplying high quality meats to hotels, restaurants, pubs, schools, colleges, universities, and golf clubs. As a company we have a new cutting and boning facility development, which we opened in September Our operations are controlled by a Quality management system and as part of our commitment to maintaining a high degree of Quality and Hygiene standards in all areas of our business, we have undertaken a major investment programme to enable us to retain our reputation as a leading supplier within the food industry. We have recently moved into a new purpose built facility incorporating the highest hygiene and food safety standards. To supplement our new premises we have successfully undergone a strict audit by CMI on behalf of the Compass Group. We have a reputation for high quality meat and a very high standard of butchery, with professional butchers with an intensity of skill and expertise operating our cutting and packing operations. We specialise in cutting and preparing, to your specific requirements low or high volumes of fresh meat and poultry.
