The first Collection Chest is located inside the hut just behind the merchant's stall. This hut has a level one lock that can be picked with the Alohomora spell. Enter the hut, and you'll find a Demiguise Statue sitting next to the staircase. You can visit this hut at night to collect this Demiguise Statue.
