On Kin Season 1 Episode 7 , the Kinsellas weigh their options for survival, potentially fracturing. Sam Keeley is an absolute beast throughout this entire episode. At last, we get the opportunity to see his remarkable range as he encompasses all the different sides of Eric. Eric is in a small room, with violent death threats coming at him from all sides -- but he can't see where they are coming from. He can only rage, pound the walls, and fight back. Newly sober and determined Eamon Cunningham Ciaran Hinds is shown marching toward some unidentified target at the ayahuasca retreat. Glen executes the man without giving it a second thought. Michael Kinsella Charlie Cox , who is also present, takes a call from a guard about the arrival of a social worker. Michael rushes off without explanation and leaves Frank and Birdy to discuss the potential of Eric getting locked up. Michael appears more submissive than upset and claims he only wanted to see his daughter.

Donal the lawyer visits Eric in the holding cell, telling him that the police are setting up an interview and they are confident they can bring charges up against him -- for attempted murder. Donal tells Eric not to say anything, he will do the talking, but Eric should prepare himself for the worst. Bail is unlikely. Eric asks to speak to Nikki. Amanda called Anthony to let him know that the car dealership was raided and that Dotser has been killed. A new lawyer comes to meet Amanda at the dealership. Amanda explains that she wants a lawyer that isn't known for defending criminals, like Donal. Con and Glen torture and question one of the Kinsella's dealers, in an effort to find where the drugs have been hidden. Con calls Eamon to let him know that they've questioned all of the dealers, none of them know.

It is surprising that at this point none of the Kinsellas have died -- other than, of course, Jamie as the instigating incident in Episode 1.
