Newly sober and determined Eamon Cunningham Ciaran Hinds is shown marching toward some unidentified target at the ayahuasca retreat. Glen executes the man without giving it a second thought. It is surprising that at this point none of the Kinsellas have died -- other than, of course, Jamie as the instigating incident in Episode 1.
