Hello Havasu! As a gluten-free person by medical necessity, I found it increasingly difficult and sometimes impossible to find great gluten free, tasty, and wholesome food.

This is an offshoot of the main Lakeview Bakery in a different location and is dedicated Gluten Free to avoid any cross contamination. Dedicated gluten-free bakery. No cross contamination worries. The only place I can find Promise gluten-free products eg. This bakery is completely gluten free so no rush of cross contamination. The doughnuts are delicious.
